NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES OF THE TOWN OF PRINCE'S LAKES WATER UTILITY
At a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m., on July 21, 2025, the Prince’s Lakes Town Council will consider increasing the rates and charges of the Prince’s Lakes Water Utility.
The public hearing will be at the Prince’s Lakes Town Hall, 14 E. Lakeview Drive, Prince’s Lakes, IN. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be
examined at the offices of the Prince’s Lakes Clerk-Treasurer, 14 E. Lakeview Drive, Prince’s Lakes. Upon adoption of the proposed ordinance, users of the Town’s water utility, for service to property located outside the Town’s corporate boundaries, may be entitled to petition the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, under Indiana Code Section 8-1.5-3- 8.3, to review and adjust the rates and charges imposed on
those users if a petition under Indiana Code Section 8-1.5-3- 8.2, with respect to the same rate ordinance, has not been filed. Please click here view proposed rates and charges.
